What does a Back to Biking Course cover?

The Phoenix back to biking course is tailor made to suit the individual needs of the student. As this course can be used by students on a number of different levels of experience this allows us to ensure that you will get the most out of your training session.

Yes, the back to biking course is designed for those who hold a full motorcycle license. If you are a learner and would like to obtain more experience we would suggest an improver course

You will be able to use your own bike for your back to biking course, however please remember to bring along your insurance certificate and MOT If you want to use our bike there is an additional charge

Yes. When booking your back to biking course we will be able to build a course to fit your specific needs and requirements.

A back to biking course is an all day course, which will start at about 9am and finish at 4pm.

Is there any other further training options available?

After completing your back to biking course, you may wish to consider taking one of our Enhanced Rider Scheme(ERS) courses. The ERS is designed to advance you existing skills to become a better and safer rider you may also save money on your insurance just for completing the course.

Where are you?
Courses are tailored to suit the individual from all our sites, so it is best to speak to our staff in the office who will be able to answer specific enquiries as to your requirements and preferred location.

What are the costs?

The cost of the day is £200 but if you want to do it on one of our bikes then the cost is £220. Half day courses are available from £100.

We strongly advise to provide your own safety helmet, motorcycle jacket, gloves and waterproof over suit if rain is forecast on the day of your training (you will need to purchase it in any case before you start riding). You MUST wear jeans as a minimum. Footwear should offer protection, so boots rather than shoes are recommended. Trainers or soft shoes are NOT permitted for motorcycle training. We do have equipment for you to use if you do not have your own.   If you have any special requirements, such as and not limited to, height, weight or size then please call us on the number below so we can ensure the correct equipment is available. If the correct equipment is not worn then the training will not go ahead and you will lose any money paid.
