What to expect with Phoenix Motorcycle Training Jobs
Our motorcycle training jobs range from CBT motorcycle instructors, to motorcycle licence training and advanced training. All of our motorcycle training jobs come with full training provided and include a nationally recognised training qualification.
You’ll start by completing the Level 3 Award in Education and Training qualification. This certification shows your ability to adapt your training style to your students. It’s recognised across all education, training and coaching industries. With that in hand, you’ll begin learning on the job us to train motorcycle students with us at our schools
You’ll need a full, clean, motorcycle licence and a minimum of three years riding experience. Our motorcycle training instructors are self-employed, allowing for ultimate flexibility and control over their careers. Full time instructors
You’ll be working with a range of customers from differing backgrounds and levels of experience. Training takes place in all weathers. We only cancell sessions when yours or your student’s safety is at risk. You’ll love a challenge and enjoy helping students learn basic motorcycle control, fine tuning riding skills, and supporting riders renew their CBT or return to the road after an extended absence from riding.
