Catering to students and more experienced riders from Southampton, the school also covers the Romsey, New Forest and Waterside areas.

Phoenix Motorcycle Training Southampton offers courses for all levels of motorcyclists and aspiring riders from Compulsory Basic Training right up to Advanced Rider courses and everything in between. We take a personal approach to teaching students and impart more than just the technical aspects of motorcycling. We want you to pass your test the first time and fall in love with the joys of riding! It is this passion that has made us one of the leading motorcycle training centres on the South Coast of England.

Courses at the Southampton school include all the necessary equipment. All courses use the right powered bike for the particular tuition being provided. Our fleet includes all sizes of machines from 50cc mopeds up to 650cc motorcycles. The school’s facilities include a classroom, male & female toilets, free tea and coffee and a large DVSA-approved off-road training area.

Courses at the Southampton school run between Monday and Friday. On weekends, you’ll find us instructing students at the Portsmouth training centre.

We mostly use public UK roads for advanced courses. In many instances, you are able to ride your own bike for advanced tuition. The advanced courses we offer include the DVSA’s Enhanced Rider Scheme, Rider Plus, Blue Ribband and Diamond advanced tuition.
