The motorcycle theory test is a crucial part of getting a UK motorcycle licence. Even if you have a driving licence, this test needs to be passed before you can take your practical motorcycle licence tests.

Fast Track courses are different from the Full Licence training courses. We’ve designed them to run on consecutive days. At the end of the training days, you’ll take both parts of the motorcycle licence test.
Advanced Riding Training

For full licence holders, Phoenix offers a range of advanced rider training options. From working on a particular area of your riding to enhancing the whole experience, we got this.
Phoenix Motorcycle Training has excellent facilities including a classroom, toilets, free tea and coffee facilities and a DVSA-approved training area capable of facilitating both CBT and Module 1 test candidates.
Just a five-minute walk from Bedford, the school is easily accessible by bus or car. Car parking is available on-site and nearby. The school caters to students in Bedford and the surrounding areas, including Ampthill, Putnow, Cardington, Clapham, Biddenham, Kempston and all towns and villages in the area. Full Licence tuition is offered 7 days a week at the Bedford Motorcycle Training Centre.
We tailor all of our courses to individual requirements and timescales. All course fees include safety equipment, along with petrol, insurance, and test booking fees (where appropriate).
We use a range of automatic and manual machines for our courses. These include manual and automatic 50cc and 125cc scooters as well as a brand-new fleet of 650cc Hondas suitable for full licence training (DAS). We are happy to now offer low-interest finance for all full licence training courses. Please contact us for further details.
Along with motorcycle licencing courses, our Bedford school offers advanced training for more experienced riders. Advanced courses aim to build on the rider’s existing skills, improve rider technique and enhance safety and enjoyment.
